Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME Orders are shipped via ground delivery. Estimated delivery times range from 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. 3. SHIPPING RATES Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. 4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently offer international shipping. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. 5. ORDER TRACKING A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. Customers can track their orders using the provided link or carrier’s tracking system. 6. DELIVERY ISSUES Plastech is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly. If further assistance is needed, reach out to our customer service team. 7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
Returns Policy
At Plastech Free Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions: 1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. 2. REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY If the item is returned in its original condition, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. If the item is used, damaged, or materially different from the original, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund, depending on the condition of the returned item.
